International Students

Bryant鈥檚 world-class education empowers students from nearly 50 countries to lead and succeed. By combining business with the arts and sciences or health and behavioral sciences, Bryant shapes strong, forward-thinking students into leaders who are equipped to influence and innovate on a global scale 鈥 and you could be one of them.

Through your coursework, you鈥檒l develop an international perspective, inviting insights from diverse cultures to shape bold and inclusive thinking. Nearly half of our students study or intern in different countries. Unsurprisingly, our programs are ranked highly by U.S. News & World Report

You鈥檒l experience Bryant鈥檚 safe, suburban Rhode Island campus, which is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a full-time, trained campus police force of more than 20 officers. You can feel secure in the company of friends and mentors in your home away from home. The capital city of Providence is just minutes away, connecting you to a myriad of cultures, athletics, and entertainment opportunities. Providence connects to other hubs throughout the Northeast and beyond thanks to nearby rail and air transportation.

International Application Requirements

Application Information for International Students

After submitting an application, you鈥檒l receive instructions to create an Admission Portal account to monitor your application status. Bryant considers applicants for merit scholarships, with awards ranging from $5,000 to $40,000 per year, and offers resources for international students, including assistance with private loan options and immigration support through the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS).

Finances

For your application to be considered complete, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires Bryant to verify the financial resources of all international applicants.

After your acceptance to Bryant, you must complete your Certificate of Finances to receive the I-20 form necessary to obtain your visa.

The Certificate of Finances form will be used to enter the student鈥檚 information into the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) SEVIS system.

Bryant traditionally awards merit-based or athletic scholarships to a limited number of international applicants, and the scholarship letter can be included as part of the overall funding amount. Students can also demonstrate available funding by using loans, grants, and scholarships from their home countries.

The Certificate of Finances, supporting bank statements, and letters of certification of funds must:

  • Demonstrate the availability of $75,000 (estimated cost based on the nine-month academic year)
  • Be original documents
  • Contain original signatures and a bank stamp or seal
  • Be dated no earlier than January 1, 2024, for fall 2024 admission
  • Express all monetary amounts in U.S. dollars
