Program Highlights

Today’s dynamic business environment needs more innovative project managers in nearly every field. All projects — regardless of the industry — require planning, directing, resource management, and problem-solving.

As a Team and Project Management major at Â鶹ӰÒô, you’ll learn the tools and techniques of end-to-end project management and develop analytical skills to collect and interpret data. You’ll also hone your communication skills to work with teams and present critical information to clients. Solve realistic problems using case studies and learn how to develop detailed project plans in Microsoft Project for Windows.

During your senior year, you’ll collaborate with a team of students to create and execute a business plan for a major company or nonprofit organization. This real-world experience, along with your professional connections, will set you up for a wide variety of career opportunities.
