Bryant’s Leadership and Innovation Management program — developed in collaboration with industry-leading partners — will give you the skills and confidence to become an effective leader built for modern times. Learn how analyze organizational performance, make ethical business decisions, and tap into the creative potential of teams to solve problems.

Our robust curriculum includes classes in design thinking and strategic management of technological innovation, as well as a highly interactive leadership capstone. You’ll learn from renowned faculty with experience in a wide range of fields and collaborate on consulting projects to present to real clients.
