I was born in Fall River, MA. Attended private elementary and public high school. Earned my BA from Catholic University of America, and my MBA from Salve Regina University. I worked as a high school teacher, then entered the business world working mostly in customer service, project and operations management for most of my career. When I left the business world, I re-entered education and taught as an adjunct at multiple universities, including Northeastern University and Wentworth Institute of Technology, before I was brought on as a full-time lecturer at Bryant.
