I am a Professor of Legal Studies. I teach graduate and undergraduate courses in law with a focus on business and health law.
My research focuses on science, technology, and innovation policy, particularly on the legal and ethical aspects of biosciences.
My most recent book is The Human to Science: History, Development and Normative Content (Oxford University Press 2024). I am an Associate Editor of Human Reproduction, a publication of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.
I am an attorney admitted to the NY Bar.
