Why Bryant?

I chose Bryant because of the opportunities it offered me regarding my dream career in sports broadcasting. I really liked the smaller class sizes because it gave me an opportunity to get to know my professors in a way that wouldn’t be possible at other schools.

Is it easy to get involved at Bryant?

You can definitely find your people here. I’ve been involved with both the WJMF radio station and Bryant Players since I came to campus.

I’ve been cast in seven shows so far. It’s a tight community and it feels great to express myself creatively on stage. I’m also the social fundraising chair, coordinating all club events outside of performances.

I’m the sports director for WJMF, which means I’m in charge of making sure the sports broadcasts run smoothly. Some of my favorite campus events are the sports games that I’m broadcasting, not just because I get to call them (though that is a perk!). It’s mainly because I’m a massive sports fan.

How else do you spend your time?

I’m also a member of Bryant Pride and have connections to both Velocity and aDvANCEd, two dance clubs on campus.

I’ve felt very included in the Bryant community.

Any favorite places on campus?

My favorite place to hang out and study has to be inside of the radio station because I get to listen to music while I work.

“Through all of my experiences at Bryant — working in the lab, being part of the Honors Program, my leadership positions — I became much more confident, and that really changed me for the better."

“I've taken courses ranging from biochemistry to anatomy and physiology to physics, which is a great preparation for medical school. I've had so much support helping me along the way. Everyone at Bryant wants to help students achieve their goals.â€
